Transforming Clinical Data into
Actionable Insights

Our solution offers NHS gold standard information governance and data security provisions. It is fully compliant with NHS standards including the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT, organisation code 8JJ34) and ICO registration (registration number ZA723304).
We have achieved full compliance to England’s Data Security and Protection Toolkit for more than 5 years and work with a trusted, accredited NHS Aggregator for data hosting.
The Data Security and Protection Toolkit is an online self-assessment tool that allows organisations to measure their performance against the National Data Guardian’s 10 data security standards. All organisations that have access to NHS patient data and systems must use this toolkit to provide assurance that they are practising good data security and that personal information is handled correctly.

Advanced Cohort Analytics
Use advanced analytics to find patterns in specific patient groups. These insights help clinicians tailor treatments for patients who fail standard therapies.
Enhanced MDT Collaboration
Use a central platform to improve MDT meetings. It will combine all patient data and analytics depending on the chosen integrated channels. This then ensures collaboration across specialties. This leads to better care plans for complex patients.

Patient Feedback Interface
HepCARE supports informed decision-making by providing a graphical presentation of key clinical data. This helps clinicians quickly understand a patient’s treatment history and current status. It also acts as a pedagogical tool, helping clinicians explain the impact of treatment adherence and other health behaviours to patients.
Cohort Research and Learning
This function improves patient care.
It does this by mapping unique cohorts, adding patients and collecting better data. It helps find new insights into treatment pathways, especially for poor responders. This aids research and improves clinical practices.

Comprehensive Cohort Data Integration
Collect and combine patient data from diverse sources across large regions. This will create complete patient cohorts. This approach gives a complete view of patient health. It helps to identify and manage complex patient groups.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
“The Health Solutions team have been very supportive with regard to adapting HepCARE for research projects. We are due to launch HepCARE for us in clinical practice in the upcoming weeks in order to better manage our chronic hepatitis B caseload. We anticipate this will help with identifying the lost to follow-up cohort ”

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
“I have been using HepCARE for a few years and find it a very useful system.
As HepCARE interfaces with Pathology, it saves me a lot of time having to search for SVR 12 and other bloods required for NHSE MDT forms are clear and readable and hold a lot of information that is required for NHSE. Each individual patient has their own check list to ensure when submitting patients to ARDEN/Gem, all details are present. Help is at hand for is I have a query or something rectifying”
